About the department
The Engineering Department at the university carries out engineering and technical tasks to achieve the concept of sustainability through the maintenance of university buildings, building services, and the university’s internal courtyards and streets.
A virtual student engineering office was created under the supervision of faculty members from the departments of the faculty of Engineering (architectural, civil, electrical, and renewable energy) to study, design, and supervise the implementation of projects at the university, in order to create a practical, applied and training climate for students of the faculty of Engineering and provide them with the artistic, technical, and life skills that they need in the labor market

About medical insurance
In addition to the health center that provides treatment for visitors, including employees and students at the university, the university provides a wide medical network that provides its services to insured students and university workers, including academics and administrators. The university provided an ambulance equipped with all the equipment used to transport emergency cases from the university campus to the health center or to hospitals if necessary.

About medical Center
Based on the university’s keenness to translate its principles and philosophy into a tangible reality, and aware of the importance of the active role that health plays in the lives of students at the university, Isra University established a special medical department for this purpose, and granted it a large and spacious place on the university campus, and attached to it distinguished medical staff and medical equipment. Medical and non-medical equipment includes all medical departments, including treatment rooms, an emergency and observation room, and a large, distinguished pharmacy containing most types of medicines that are dispensed daily for free.
The university takes care of the student’s health and illness, as those whose condition requires referral to distinguished hospitals are transferred. The department also provided an ambulance to transport emergency cases from the university’s departments and faculties to the university’s emergency room, and those whose condition requires transfer to the hospital are transferred for treatment. The university provides its students and employees with a distinguished health system, and as part of the health system available to students and employees, the auditor enjoys all the health services provided by the clinic, in addition to the pharmacy and treatment within the best hospitals in the Kingdom.
About the department
Based on the University's utmost care of bringing its principles and concepts into reality as well as its awareness of the value of health for the students, Isra University has established its own medical center within its campus and indulged it with a spacious yard. The university has also supplied the center with a professional medical staff as well as the latest medical and aiding equipment including ER rooms, treatment and observation rooms in addition to a pharmacy containing a big variety of medicine being prescribed for patients free of charge whenever needed.
The university has paid its utmost attention to the student's health by transferring the ones in need for medical attention to hospitals. The university has also equipped the medical center with an ambulance in order to transfer patients from the departments and faculties to the center or hospital if necessary.
The university provides a remarkable medical system for its students and employees who enjoy every medical service provided by the center and the pharmacy as well as treatment at the elite hospitals in the country.

Vision:
The department seeks to excel, locally and regionally, at providing logistical support services to the university’s components in accordance with the total quality standards.
Mission:
The department aims at providing potential university supplies and purchases at the appropriate time and cost, serving the various parties at the university including faculties, departments, administrative departments, and centers, and establishing modern warehouses utilizing advanced systems.
Aims:
- Maintaining the university’s assets.
- Overseeing the reception, inspection and quantification of material, and ensuring its compliance with the required specifications.
- Delivering all university departments and administrative department’s needs and requirements.
- Keeping an appropriate warehouses stock to meet the university’s demands.
About the department
The Department of Supplies and Purchases was established in 1991. It is viewed as one of the vital departments of Isra University. Its duties can be summed up as follows:
- Securing faculties, departments, and administrative departments with their requirements of furniture, stationary, technical apparatus, and laboratory equipment.
- Procurement and follow-up of construction material.
- Procurement and follow-up of buses spare parts and the garage’s requirements.
- Procurement and follow-up of transportation and heating fuels.
- Procurement and follow-up of plantations.
- Maintaining university property and preparing periodical reports regarding the state and value of related bids.
- Monitoring contractors; issuing formal notification letters, overseeing follow up communication, and ensuring fulfillment of commitments and the provision of required material, equipment, and services in due time.
- Performing a periodic inventory of university assets.
- Securing the required equipment for the university’s celebrations of different occasions.
- Supervising warehouses’ stocks and overseeing inventory dispersion and record-keeping.
- Carrying out any duties assigned to the department by the university.
Message From the Director
The Department of Supplies and purchases was established in 1991, and is one of the most important and vital departments in Al Isra University.
Its activities are includes in the following matters:
* Providing the requirements of the faculties, departments and administrative departments of furniture, stationery, materials,
* Follow-up construction and secure them.
* Follow-up of buses and car accessories and ensure the follow-up buses and heating and secure them.
* Monitoring and securing agricultural materials
* Maintain and supervise the university property and prepare periodic reports on the status and value of tenders.
* Preparing the official reporting books for the contractors and following up the communication with them to implement their obligations and follow up the dates of the required supply of materials, equipment and services.
* Periodic inventory of university assets.
* Providing the necessary equipment for the celebrations of the university in different occasions.
* Supervising the contents of the warehouses, organizing their disbursement and keeping their records.
* To carry out the duties of the Presidency of the University.
