Believing in the importance of various teaching aids in improving the quality of education, the faculty provides a workshop for the student made instructional aids. It also provides all the facilities for students to encourage them to produce distinguished aids.
The duties of the supervisor of teaching aids workshop:
1- Furnishing the required equipment and aids for the instructional process.
2- Providing the advice, help, and training for the university faculty members in the field of using teaching equipment and modern technology.
3- Providing an area to be used by the practical education students as well as the students of designing and producing teaching aids to produce teaching aids.
4- Providing the necessary equipment for students' use.
The Educational Technology Sources Center:
The faculty of educational sciences has a modern center for teaching technologies. This center contains a variety of technologies that contribute to improving education, such as the internet, computers, display machinery, as well as diverse technologies restricted to instruction.
The duties of the supervisor of education technologies sources center encompass the following:
1-cooperating with the university departments and providing the machinery, materials, and the instructional programs that help faculty members with teaching effectively.
2-producing and developing the instructional materials and programs according to the instructional process requirements and by working with the instructors of different subjects at the university .
3-Keeping up with the modern technological advancement by applying the teaching methods, such as the individual learning methodology, self-learning as well as providing additional and alterative sources that are in agreement with the needs of slow learners.
4-Providing instructional materials such as transparencies, slides, maps, pictures and instructional software, and facilitating their use by university faculty members and students.
5-Providing the different instructional technologies manufacturing materials and introducing their production.
6- Participating in the university activities by holding specialized fairs.
7-Holding the periodical maintenance and check- ups of the center's paraphernalia and various instructional materials .
8-Holding meetings and training courses for faculty members to instruct them on how to use equipment and instructional programs. Training courses are also held for those interested in using instructional technologies from different educational institutions .
9-Doing the studies and research papers dealing with developing methods of instruction and using instructional technologies according to the latest scientific methods, issuing scientific reviews and providing faculty members with them from time to time .
10-Holding specialized courses for faculty members to develop their skills.
11-Employing e-teaching in the instructional process.
12-Activating the Practical Education Program through the short- term instruction and providing the syllabi students need and the required instructional aids for students by training them at schools.

The Faculty of Education is marked by its special libme0mz existing in the university libme0mz that enables students to make use of the books on education and the foreign and Arab periodicals specialized in the educational sciences. The faculty administration exhibits a continuous and increasing attention to this libme0mz to enlarge it and provide it with the latest references.

Goals:
The Faculty of Educational Sciences was established on October 1, 2002, as the first of its kind in Private Universities. Its principal missions have been outlined to prepare and qualify graduate students. The Faculty has been able to support large numbers of educationally and academically well- qualified B.A degree holders to the job market, to the extent that a graduate of the Faculty of educational sciences at al-Isra university has become the center of educators' admiration and trust.
The Faculty of Educational sciences has the following departments:
- Class Teacher department: this department embarks upon preparing competent and creative teachers able to stand up to current educational change, committed to serving their country and leadership, and shouldering the responsibility for developing the teaching process.
- Child Education department: this department helps in graduating students who are practically qualified and equipped with the knowledge to support the country's institutions that are concerned with the child's care. All these procedures are meet accreditation quality assurance demands, regarding qualities with highly professional efficiency.
- Department of Supportive Studies: This department helps in developing the occupational, Cognitive, and intellectual abilities, as well as the applied skills of students in different majors. The department inculcates emotional and religious ideals in students and activates the role of practicing these ideals in daily life. The department, moreover, aims at enhancing the students ' characters and developing their research abilities through distinguished scientific manner.
A Curriculum for a Master's Degree has been set up in the kindergarten department, which in the first on to be concurred with this fundamental field in Jordanian state Universities. Efforts have also been intensified to establish new bachelor majors that will be given great consideration and attention. Due to the great importance which Jordan shows to the child, the faculty of Educational Sciences, represented by the child Education department, has taken the responsibility toward the call for child protection and rights. this has been done thought to establish a center for child rights, holding an international conference on Child Rights from Legal and Educational Perspectives, and designing workshops involved in topics on creative and safe childhood. In 2009, through the progress of the faculty, their were much important academic developments such as the inauguration of a center for vocational training of staff members, a center for educational techniques, and unit for assessment and evaluation, whose target is to cope the scientific developments that sweep the world.
With these technical, academic ,and cognitive development the necessity for the faculty’s expansion and the diversity of its utilities , buildings , and accomplishments has arisen .therefore, a garden has been designed, affiliated to the Faculty of Educational Sciences, to give an aura of quietness and serenity to the atmosphere of work.
Our faculty is a quit commented to fulfill its mission aiming at irrevocable promotion through the since effort of its staff to reach the most prestigious level among highly qualitative education faculties.
The Faculty of Educational Sciences is the main nucleus that works on building the student’s personality to be an effective member in the society where he/she lives. The Faculty of Educational Sciences is the main artery that nourishes the nerve of life by graduating students to become teachers who are able to implant values and ethics accompanied by constructive learning following the message of the prophets and messengers and following the example of our Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him from the Sunnah. We hope Allah all success and guidance.
The Faculty of Educational Sciences was established in 2002. It includes two departments. The first is Classroom Teacher which aims to graduate educational competencies in the Bachelor’s program in the specialization of Classroom Teacher. The second department is Child Education which graduates educational competencies in the Bachelor’s Program. There is also Master program in Child Education which is the only one in all the public and private universities
The policy of the Educational Sciences Faculty has spread the quality insurance, society work and scientific research, and it believes in achieving this. It also seeks to attract the teaching competencies of the members of the Scholarships who have and provide knowledge and to deal with contemporary issues and who have theoretical and practical experience in different life fields
The Faculty of Educational Sciences is proud that it has worked and is still working with its students to supply the local, Arab and global labor market with educationally qualified scientific competencies who own the skill of the twenty-first century and who are aware of the standards of knowledge economy and information technology and the principles of individualization of education and able to carry the vision of the Faculty and its mission and goals.
