Construction project management is one of the most important processes leading to project success. Therefore, continuous research is made into the factors that help improve this process, and one of the factors that greatly help in raising the performance of the administrative process is the use of Critical Success Factors (CSFs). As they are, factors that help divide the construction project into stages and properly distribute the tasks for each stage. It starts from the beginning of receiving the project, through the purchase and storage of materials, to the stage of project delivery, taking into consideration the time factor and commitment to it. In this thesis, the impact of CSFs on construction project management was studied, and in order to activate the study, a questionnaire consisting of seven axes was constructed and in each axis, a set of questions related to construction project management. As this questionnaire was distributed to a group of construction project managers in Iraq. After retrieving the answers to the questionnaire questions, they were analyzed statistically using the SPSS program, as the results confirmed the study hypotheses and that the introduction of CSFs into the process of construction project management supports the Management process
