The research aims to study the mechanism of developing maintenance management in large buildings in Jordan by studying the concept of maintenance and how to develop the necessary plans and strategies to conduct maintenance work. For the public sector, such as the Jordan University of Science and Technology and Princess Basma Hospital, a model was developed to assess the condition of the building by integrating the Palestinian manual for maintenance with building specifications in Jordan according to the Green Book. The problems that the maintenance system suffers in Jordan, and in order to find solutions to these problems, a complete system has been reached to evaluate and determine the condition of the buildings, the extent of their need for maintenance, and the type of maintenance according to the general condition of the building.
