Abstract | This study investigates the factors influencing labor productivity in Jordan's construction industry, a critical sector for economic and infrastructural development. The introduction highlights the significance of labor productivity in achieving project efficiency and economic sustainability, identifying challenges such as limited technological integration, financial instability, and regulatory shortcomings. The problem statement emphasizes gaps in understanding the unique dynamics affecting labor productivity in Jordan, including insufficient research on the interplay of economic, managerial, and technical factors. The aim and objectives of the study focus on identifying key productivity determinants, exploring their interrelationships, and providing actionable recommendations for stakeholders to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Employing a quantitative methodology, the research collected data from 421 professionals using structured surveys. The data underwent rigorous analysis, including reliability tests, correlation, and regression models, to ensure validity and comprehensive insights. The findings reveal that technological advancements and effective project management significantly boost productivity, while financial constraints and economic instability present major challenges. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of regulatory frameworks in fostering workforce competence. The research concludes with practical recommendations for adopting technology, enhancing regulatory compliance, and addressing financial limitations to optimize labor productivity.
